    • Smart Grid Summit Los AngelesSmart Grid Summit Los Angeles

Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), in conjunction with Intelligent Communication Partners (ICP), today announced program details for the third installment of their Smart Grid Summit Conference. The event is scheduled for October 4-6, 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Smart Grid Summit is the first event of its kind to address the intersection of two core economic building blocks - utilities and communications. Conference sessions and keynote addresses equip companies building and using the Smart Grid to overcome the same transformational issues that telecom experienced with the advent of IP communications technologies. Smart Grid Summit is once again collocated with TMC's ITEXPO conference and trade show. ITEXPO is the world's largest and best-attended event focused on IP communications technology. Keynote addresses at Smart Grid Summit include: Verizon Business; Alvarion; and Aviat Networks. Show producer ICP and Zpryme Research will reveal the results of their new market research study about renewable energy. For the first time, the conference content has been expanded to two concurrent tracks, designed to help attendees understand how IP communications technologies are making utilities more efficient, while also enabling the Smart Home and a new generation of communications innovations.
