In a new INFOgraphic (DOWNLOAD) that illustrates findings from the study designed by Zpryme and sponsored by Itron, Inc., The New Energy Consumer, found that the New Energy Consumer has a college degree or higher, is between 27 – 35 years old, owns their home and has an average household income between 70,000 – $100,000. This technology immersed group is keenly aware of the fact that energy is scarce resource just like food or water and they are inclined to leverage the most advanced technology and mobile devices available to reduce their consumption of energy and electricity bill.
