This document was developed by members of the Cyber Security Coordination Task Group (CSCTG). The group is lead by NIST. The members of the CSCTG have extensive technical expertise, knowledge and commitment to defining the cyber security requirements for the Smart Grid. Specific individuals are listed in Appendixes to this document, but contributions have been received by many of the over 130 members of the CSCTG.
